Day 2 of Creating a Lasting Positive Change

Had a great day at college today, thanks to my amazing team I am still able to attend my grandmother's funeral on Wednesday and participate in the Major Assignment we are due to produce this week. My role is Director and I really didn't want to let anyone down.

So today I am grateful for:
- The amazing people I study with, their dedication, support and friendship.
- That I have a caring and compassionate doctor who always gives me good advice.
- My dog, I hope one day I can become the wonderful person he thinks I am.

Time for some exercise and meditation - might take the dog for a walk to the beach and meditate there.
This is the first completed work I did with my amazing team.

Creating Lasting Positive Change




Hi - Long time no see, check out the video above, no cost but 12 minutes of your life - bet you spend more time on hold to a debtor in a week! Today is day 1 for me - no smokes, grateful...
I am grateful for the loving and supportive family I have.
I am grateful there is food in my cupboard.
I am grateful to be studying in a field I am so passionate about.

Exercise is going to be tough - but I did do a lot of housework today.
 Does chilling out with Roxanne count as meditation? If not I will watch Episode 3 of Great Expectations on iView today!
